Replacement Remote Return Policy
Must have model of system at time of purchase, it will be noted on your order to ensure compatibility.
Returns are for exchange only, NO REFUNDS
All return inquiries must be made within 10 days of delivery
A return authorization number is required for all returns, please contact Crimestopper customer service through our Knowledge Base or call us at 1-800-998-6880.
Returns will be sent to Crimestopper for testing before a new remote is issued. Must be in original packaging.
If remote is deemed faulty, it will be replaced.
If remote does not have a manufacturing fault, it will shipped back to user at their expense for testing and shipping (water saturation, low battery, broken housing are examples but not limited to NON-manufacturing faults.)
*If you buy a used car with a Crimestopper system installed, and did not receive remotes or remotes are not working, we suggest contacting a local certified Crimestopper Dealer to evaluate your system before purchasing new remotes.
