vs189d

The SecurView™ VS-189D is part of our OEM Camera Line. It is a custom mount CMOS color camera designed specifically for the Toyota Highlander (2009-2012). The camera snaps easily in place of the factory licence plate illumination lamp housing giving you a custom CMOS reverse camera along with the factory license plate lamps. The camera itself can be swiveled downard at 45° to give the driver a better viewing angle behind the vehicle.

The VS-189D has a feature called Dynamic Parking Assist which actually curves the parking lines at the same angle as the vehicles steering wheel to help the driver back into a parking space at an angle. It achieves this by reading the data of the steering wheel movement through the vehicle's CAN Bus computer system.

This camera can be hooked up to any SecurView™ Monitor or any other monitor that uses a standard RCA video cable input.
